Cape Express is excited to announce its CESC Summer Prep program for 2023. This 6 week program will be focused on developing players over the summer so they can be prepared for their fall seasons youth, high school or college. The program will focus on technical development, tactical development, fitness, proper warm up and cool down for injury prevention. The CESC Summer Prep Program is open to all players regardless of club affiliation. Players will be grouped together by age, gender and ability so players have the best experience to develop, be challenged, and be prepared for their upcoming seasons.
Program will be led by Director of Coaching and professional coaching staff from Cape Express
that includes college and high school coaches, as well as former college players.

Youth Program
Tuesday and Thursday – 6-7:15pm
Week 1 – Dribbling
Week 2 – Passing and Receiving
Week 3 – Finishing
Week 4 – Defending
Week 5 – Speed and Agility, Movement off the Ball
