Mens' and Women's Amateur Program (U20 & U23)

Cape Express men’s and women's summer programs are coming back for summer of 2023. The program will provide opportunities for players to receive premier coaching, maintain their fitness and improve their game over the summer while competing against strong regional competition in meaningful games.

We are looking for this to serve as a development program for our goal to enter men's and women's teams in a 4th tier semi pro league in 2024. Teams will train 2-3 times a week with a competitive game on the weekend or during the week. Training will take place at the newly developed facility at Ockie Wistering in Rio Grande NJ, off of Route 47 near Cape May and Wildwood NJ.

Our Men's U23 program has had success competing in the EDP Summer League reaching the semi finals and finals as well as posting an undefeated record in 2019. We have had several players get opportunities at the professional and semi professional level.
