U11 Girls Seeking Players
Attention: The U-11 Stingrays are looking for players. If you are a girl born between August 1, 2000 and July 31, 2001 and are interested in joining the team, please contact Tim Sawyer (609.602.3038) or Steve Sides (609.408.7825) as soon as possible. Caperoos
Caperoos is a free program intended for K and 1st graders who are interested in playing one night a week. The evening is run by one of the Cape Express trainers - everyone is invited.
CESC Club Launches Varsity Coach in Training (CIT) Program
The Cape Express Soccer Club Varsity CIT Program is designed for CESC Varsity players (U15 and older) to enter the coaching ranks by becoming involved with a youth team. This will not only provide players interested in coaching an opportunity to get involved, see the game from the coaches point of view and give back to the club – it will hopefully help provide the player with more insight into the development of individual skill, team tactics and team cohesion which will hopefully have an effect on their own effectiveness as a player.
