See practice schedules on the left. Also note that all U-11 through U18 boys and girls teams will have a speed and agility session with Performance Athletics staff once a week.  This is a great opportunity to add another dimension to your athletic and soccer training.
 
This session is in addition to your regular soccer training, but will not require a third night since your teams will already be there for soccer training.  The difference being that on your speed, agility training night your teams will report one hour earlier, complete their agility training and then move on to their regular practice.
