There are CO-ED OPEN (adult) divisions only. There are no youth (U8 to U18) CO-ED divisions. Girls can play on boys teams.

For CO-ED teams, there must be a minimum of 2 females on the field, position does not matter. The game is 5v5, 4 field players plus a keeper.
